Frontier Airlines seeks a Director of Maintenance Control to lead safety-focused operations. You will plan, organize, and direct maintenance control activities across line, hangar, and stations, ensuring CFR compliance and safe, reliable aircraft service.

Ideal candidates bring extensive maintenance leadership experience, strong knowledge of FAA regulations, and a proven track record in supervising teams within a 121/135 setting.

Qualifications

• FAA-certified Mechanic with airframe and powerplant ratings
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience for a 121 or 135 operator
• 5 years of Maintenance Control work experience
• 7 years of leadership/management experience in a Transport Category air carrier or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, implementation, maintenance, and integration of the SMS throughout Frontier.
• Identify hazards and safety risk assessments including change management.
• Ensure safety risk controls are effective and promote safety.
• Advise the accountable executive on safety performance and improvement needs.
• Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure on-time aircraft service.
• Manage department budget processes and performance reporting.
