Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Supervisor of Maintenance Planning in Denver to guide and optimize RON, line and special maintenance visits, ensuring safety and efficiency across teams. You will forecast schedules, allocate staff, and coordinate with Engineering, Materials and Purchasing to secure tools and parts.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license or equivalent aviation experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrate safety, respect, trust, collaboration, value and passion in work interactions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize maintenance events for RON, line and special maintenance.
• Coordinate with Line, Heavy Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, Materials and Purchasing.
• Review MEL items and ensure parts/tooling availability for maintenance.
• Manage manpower, parts, tooling, and scheduling across daily workload.
• Train and supervise maintenance planners; maintain rosters and vacation schedules.
• Support budget preparations for the Line Planning department.
