Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance Control to lead MCC operations and sustain safe aircraft availability across the fleet. You will coordinate with Flight Dispatch, System Operations Control, Station Operations and Engineering to drive performance and reduce disruptions.

You will develop people, manage budgets and lead SMS initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining Frontier’s core value of safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• FAA-certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings and at least five years of combined heavy maintenance, line maintenance and Maintenance Control experience.
• At least five years of supervisory or management experience in a maintenance operations environment.
• Strong communication skills across departments and a solid understanding of maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Control operations and ensure safe aircraft are available for scheduled service.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel and drive actions to reduce delays and cancellations.
• Oversee Safety Management System activities and coordinate SMS integration across Frontier.
• Develop staff, set objectives, manage pay recap information and ensure training compliance.
• Maintain audits, documentation and program quality for MEL, CDL and NEF processes.
