Frontier Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide shift-level oversight for line maintenance at the assigned base. You will coordinate with Station Operations, Flight Ops, MCC and Inspection to ensure safe, timely aircraft return to service.

The role requires an FAA Certificated Airframe and Powerplant mechanic rating, 10 years in line maintenance and 5 years supervisory experience, plus knowledge of CFRs and Frontier policies. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifikationen

• FAA Certificated Airframe and Powerplant mechanic rating and license.
• Working knowledge of 121 Federal Aviation Regulations.
• 10 years aircraft line mechanic maintenance experience.
• 5 years Supervisor Aircraft line maintenance experience.
• Previous experience managing a Line Maintenance Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program.
• Must have ability to plan, organize, and administrate workloads to subordinates.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Provide shift level oversight for line maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Station Operations, Flight Ops, MCC and Inspection departments.
• Maintain accurate communications with Maintenance Control and Maintenance Planning.
• Manage labor schedules to ensure required capacity; planned and actual.
• Ensure compliance with Frontier maintenance manuals and company policies and procedures.
• Validate line maintenance tooling availability, calibration and control.
• Ensure documentation in maintenance tracking systems and submissions.
• Coordinate with other organizations for safety, compliance, and performance.
