Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Senior Manager, Residential Marketing, Americas to lead day-to-day marketing and development strategy for a portfolio of Rosewood Residences across North America, the Caribbean and Latin America. You will blend brand stewardship with market intelligence and manage activations, launches, and owner engagement.

Travel as needed to support regional initiatives, with a strong focus on optimizing sales performance and maintaining Rosewood’s distinctive brand standards

Qualifications

• Experience in residential real estate or branded residences.
• Strong knowledge of residential marketing and go-to-market planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical approach to market research and sales performance data.
• Detail-oriented with strong brand standards and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential marketing and go-to-market strategy across the Americas.
• Oversee sales activations, events, and owner engagement initiatives.
• Align regional projects with the Rosewood Residences vision while addressing local market needs.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to support opportunities and pipeline growth.
• Build relationships with developers, owners, agencies and sales teams across the region.
• Develop strategic recommendations to enhance project positioning and brand value throughout the lifecycle.
