Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Director, Development, AMER to shape the strategic growth of our portfolio across the Americas. You will identify new development opportunities, lead complex negotiations, and represent the brand with owners and partners.

You will collaborate with internal teams to progress opportunities from concept to completion, and work with senior stakeholders to expand Rosewood's luxury footprint across key markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality development, real estate, finance, consulting, or feasibility environments.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to structure and negotiate complex management agreements.
• Credible and polished in dealings with owners and developers at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of hospitality real estate markets and regional development dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and motivated to identify and progress opportunities.
• Financial literacy with understanding of deal economics and value drivers.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue development opportunities to expand Rosewood's brands across AMER.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, investors and strategic partners.
• Evaluate sites, concepts and proposals; provide recommendations on brand fit and viability.
• Lead the preparation of business proposals, pitches, LOIs, Term Sheets, and RFP responses.
• Negotiate terms of management agreements in line with guidelines and market practice.
• Coordinate across internal teams to move deals from opportunity to conclusion.
• Represent the Rosewood Group at industry events and forums as a brand ambassador.
• Support deal handover and pre-opening coordination for successful delivery.
