You will join the Development team, dedicated to growing our portfolio across the Americas region through thoughtfully designed, strategically aligned projects. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Development, AMER and works in close partnership with Feasibility & Business Intelligence, Design & Project Services, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams to bring new developments from concept to completion.
As Director, Development, AMER, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic growth of Rosewood Hotel Group’s portfolio across the region. You will identify and secure new development opportunities, lead complex negotiations, and act as a trusted representative of the Rosewood brand with owners and partners. Your work will directly support the long-term success, integrity, and expansion of our portfolio, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
