Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Director, Development, AMER to drive strategic growth across the Americas. You will identify opportunities, lead complex negotiations, and represent the brand to owners and partners.

You will collaborate with feasibility, design, legal, finance and operations teams to move opportunities from concept to completion, shaping the portfolio's future while upholding Rosewood's standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality development, real estate, finance, consulting, or feasibility environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue development opportunities across AMER.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Evaluate sites, concepts, and proposals for brand fit and commercial viability.
• Lead preparation of business proposals, LOIs, term sheets, and RFP responses.
• Negotiate management agreements in line with company guidelines and market best practice.
• Coordinate internal teams to progress deals from opportunity to conclusion.
• Represent the Group at industry events and forums as a brand ambassador.
• Support deal handover and pre-opening coordination to ensure successful delivery.
