Qualifications

• 10+ years across lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, growth marketing, or closely related disciplines.
• Significant people-management experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Experience translating lifecycle strategy into programs that boost adoption, retention, monetization, or revenue.
• Deep experience with segmentation, triggers, personalization, experimentation, and marketing automation.
• Strong fluency across CRM and lifecycle systems, data, and measurement.
• Ability to partner with Product Growth, Data Science, Marketing Ops, and other teams to set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap across onboarding, engagement, retention, monetization, expansion, and multi-product adoption.
• Lead, coach, and develop a lifecycle marketing team with clear goals and accountability for outcomes.
• Build a portfolio of lifecycle programs using customer behavior, usage, segmentation, and personalization to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect lifecycle communications with activation and in-product discovery.
• Establish a rigorous experimentation and measurement approach to quantify incremental impact.
• Create an operating model with prioritization, planning, governance, and scalable data capabilities.
