Dropbox is hiring a Senior Manager for Lifecycle Marketing to own the customer lifecycle strategy and lead a team focused on adoption, retention, and revenue across a global customer base. This remote, full-time role requires 10+ years of relevant experience and strong people-management skills.

You will set strategy, roadmap, and priorities, building scalable programs across onboarding, engagement, monetization, and expansion while collaborating with Product Growth, Data Science, and Marketing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention or growth marketing.
• Experience leading and coaching teams to outcomes.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable programs.
• Strong data-driven decision making and AI-assisted optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy and roadmap for onboarding, engagement, retention, monetization, and expansion.
• Lead and develop lifecycle marketers, set goals and rhythms.
• Build programs using behavior data, triggers, and personalization to drive adoption and revenue.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and marketing to connect journeys.
• Establish measurement practices and test against revenue goals.
• Design operating model and governance for scalable lifecycle programs.
