Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharma, biotech, and medical-device manufacturers. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems, guiding teams across MES/MOM, automation, data, and AI while ensuring quality and compliance.

The role requires deep Life Sciences credibility, executive communication, and delivery leadership to drive measurable improvements in regulated environments. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience in regulated environments.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformations and client-facing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders; drive timely decisions.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing design, MES/MOM, automation, data, and AI.
• Establish data foundations and shape analytics use cases before scaling.
