EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Life Sciences Manufacturing to lead end-to-end transformation programs across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical-device manufacturers. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems, drive data-driven improvement, and guide teams across MES/MOM, automation, data, and AI solutions.

You will shape analytics use cases, manage scope and budget, and ensure quality, risk, and governance in regulated environments while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant Life Sciences/manufacturing/AI/tech consulting experience.
• Experience leading complex, regulated manufacturing transformations.
• Proven client-facing program delivery with governance and risk management.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams across business, data, and tech workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain and IT/OT.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams in design, automation, data and AI delivery.
• Ensure GxP controls, data integrity, and validation considerations are integrated into delivery plans.
