EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device manufacturers. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems, directing teams across MES/MOM, automation, data, AI, and quality to deliver sustainable value.

You will shape manufacturing processes and operating models, ensure delivery quality and risk management, and collaborate with client teams in regulated environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing, technology or operational-excellence experience.
• Experience leading complex transformations in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations, from assessment to value realization.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, MS&T, engineering and IT/OT.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and outcome measures.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing design, MES/MOM, automation, data, AI, and quality.
• Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, and cloud platforms.
• Establish data foundations with models, master data, metadata and governance.
• Shape analytics and AI use cases and assess readiness and risks.
• Partner with quality and validation teams to embed GxP controls and data integrity.
