Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device manufacturers. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems and data, redesign processes, and guide teams delivering MES/MOM, automation, data, and AI solutions in regulated environments.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and governance while driving value realization and client relationships across complex, distributed teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences.
10+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing and related experience.
Experience leading client-facing pharma/biotech transformation programs.
Experience delivering design, implementation, deployment and stabilization with governance and risk management.
Ability to travel as needed (80-100%).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, IT/OT, and engineering.
Translate priorities into practical workplans and outcome measures.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data engineering, and analytics.
Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and cloud/edge platforms.
Establish data foundations with master data, lineage, governance, and secure IT/OT connectivity.
Shape analytics and AI use cases with risk-based validation and scale considerations.
Partner with quality and validation teams to meet GxP controls and data integrity requirements.
