Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical-device manufacturers. The role connects plant operations with enterprise systems and data, directing teams across MES/MOM, automation, data engineering, AI, and quality workflows.

The Senior Manager will shape analytics and AI use cases, manage scope and budget, and ensure governance and risk management in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, client-facing transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, IT/OT, and analytics.
• Ensure quality, risk, scope, budget, and governance are managed throughout delivery.
