Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformations for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical-device clients. You will connect plant operations with enterprise data and ensure compliant, high-impact delivery across MES/MOM, automation, data engineering, and AI.

The role requires deep Life Sciences manufacturing credibility, executive-level collaboration, and the ability to manage complex programs in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in Life Sciences manufacturing or related
• Experience leading complex transformation or technology-enabled improvements in regulated environments
• Experience delivering client-facing programs with governance and risk management
• Ability to travel as needed; travel expectations up to 80-100% if required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences transformations from assessment to value realization
• Build governance with senior stakeholders and drive timely decisions
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data and AI
• Design batch/discrete execution, eBR/eDHRs, recipes, and quality workflows
• Integrate MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, OT/IT systems
• Establish data foundations: master data, lineage, governance
• Shape analytics/AI use cases with value/risk assessment
• Ensure GxP controls and data integrity in delivery plans
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, testing, and handover
• Bridge digital solutions to daily management and improvement
• Lead and develop delivery teams with scalable methods
