EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device manufacturers. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems, shaping analytics, AI use cases, and data foundations while ensuring compliance in regulated environments.

This techno-functional role requires governing complex delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving value realization across MES/MOM, ERP, and quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, or business.
10+ years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment through value realization.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT.
Translate priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing process design, automation, data engineering, and AI.
