Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in legal operations or related field.
• Experience implementing and optimizing legal technology platforms.
• Strong background in legal spend management and budgeting.
• Experience reviewing and managing vendor agreements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced legal/business education is a plus.
• Certifications such as CLOC, PMP, Legal Operations are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of legal technology platforms.
• Develop automated reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership decision-making.
• Identify and implement workflow standardization and automation initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, vendor and records management, and subscriptions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve intake and service delivery.
