Job summary

TJX Companies in Marlborough, MA seeks a Senior AI Analyst in the Enterprise Risk and Compliance team. The role focuses on AI compliance reviews, risk mitigation, and governance across the company’s AI initiatives, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days on-site at Marlborough or Mississauga headquarters.

You will research global AI laws and standards, coordinate with Legal, Cybersecurity and IT, and help shape TJX's AI governance framework while managing multiple projects independently.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in compliance, AI, consulting, or similar evaluating AI tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree or AI certifications are a plus.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and global AI laws (EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act) required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and assessments across global departments to document mitigation control objectives for AI compliance.
• Assist with daily AI compliance program functions and remediation of AI findings.
• Contributes to developing TJX’s AI governance framework.
• Promotes the goals of the AI compliance program across TJX.
• Facilitates AI/privacy disclosures and Data Protection Impact Assessments.
• Conducts research on AI and data protection law developments and their impact on the program.
• Coordinates with senior management, IT, Legal and Cybersecurity to support AI compliance goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
