Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Financial Auditor to join its Corporate Internal Audit team in Framingham, MA. The role partners with the audit committee and senior leaders, performing financial, operational, and integrated audits across TJX’s US operations and global footprint.

You will conduct risk-based audits, develop remediation plans, and collaborate with management to improve processes. A CPA/CIA is preferred, with at least 2+ years in public accounting and strong data skills

Qualifications

• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based audits and write clear, comprehensive reports.
• Plan and execute audit programs with cross-functional teams; define scope and procedures.
• Review SOX controls and assist with remediation and testing.
• Provide guidance to junior auditors and train team members.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
