Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive its Environmental Sustainability program at our Framingham, MA location.

You will own performance reporting, analytics, and program enablement across climate, energy, waste, and packaging, partnering with IT and business leaders to deliver clear, actionable insights. This hybrid role requires 7–10+ years in sustainability or related fields, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and exceptional executive communication to inform operational

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Sustainability, Finance, Analytics, Strategy, Operations, or related role.
• Experience with enterprise performance reporting and controls preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and delivery roadmap for sustainability reporting and analytics with hands-on ownership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team translating priorities into plans and deliverables.
• Own environmental data and metrics across climate/energy, waste, packaging, and operations.
• Partner with business leaders to anticipate needs and improve reporting processes and governance.
• Direct the portfolio of reporting initiatives, balance resources, and resolve barriers for momentum.
• Translate performance into dashboards and executive communications for leadership.
