Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6 years of experience in managing training-related projects or consulting on training-related initiatives
• 5 years of experience analyzing, designing and implementing learning solutions and processes
• 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• Master’s Degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
• Provide advice on external client training solutions, strategies and deliveries.
• Develop and implement training plans based on business and client relationships, including strategies, solutions and delivery.
• Collaborate with peers and internal/external partners to determine and manage services; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; monitor and report accordingly.
• Interface with knowledge management systems and governance, developing business requirements and test plans.
• Oversee LMS content and governance; manage external resources and contracts for training solutions.
• Lead curriculum design, train-the-trainers programs and vendor support for training staff.
• Develop long-range design, development, and delivery strategies to support performance and business objectives.
