Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Programs Leader to oversee design, planning, and delivery of technical and leadership training aligned with the organization's strategy.

You will manage LMS content, collaborate with sales and communications to support materials, and lead knowledge management efforts while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. This hybrid/remote role supports PA, WV, or DE offices with onsite days when near an office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6 years of experience managing training-related projects or consulting on training-related initiatives.
• 5 years of experience designing and implementing learning solutions and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, planning and implementation of training programs aligned with organizational strategy.
• Maintain LMS (SCORM compliant) and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with sales and communications to support training materials.
• Lead knowledge management initiatives including governance and business analysis tasks.
• Manage training professionals and external vendors; design long-range delivery strategies.
