Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) organization seeks an expert facilitator to independently own high-stakes enterprise learning experiences. Facilitation delivery is the core of this role: you’ll adapt and deliver enterprise learning content for complex, cross-functional, and high-stakes audiences, operating autonomously in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of facilitation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Certifications in CliftonStrengths, MBTI, SDI, DiSC, or similar team assessments are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes enterprise learning experiences.
• Adapt content for complex, cross-functional audiences.
• Translate classroom insights into actionable feedback to strengthen learning products and practices.
• Coach and mentor facilitators both formally and informally.
• Own outcomes end to end within your facilitation and program scope.
