Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development organization seeks an expert facilitator to independently own high-stakes enterprise learning experiences. You’ll adapt and deliver content for complex audiences, acting autonomously to identify gaps and strengthen learning products and practices.

You will serve as a trusted partner, coach facilitators, and translate classroom insight into actionable feedback, strengthening standards and programs within a dynamic learning ecosystem.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3+ years of facilitation experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience coaching or mentoring facilitators.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience with acting, improv, or public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise learning experiences for cross-functional, high-stakes audiences.
• Adapt and deliver content for ambiguous, complex settings.
• Own outcomes end-to-end, diagnosing gaps and delivering solutions.
