Job summary

Capital One's Learning & Development Strategic Operations team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the operating model, data prioritization with partner teams, and learning facilitation strategy across enterprise programs.

You will oversee a pod of ~5 full-time facilitators delivering flagship programs like Capital One Leads and SG's Universal Curriculum, and build an agile adjunct talent bench to scale delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 5 years in project or program management.
• At least 3 years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale facilitation strategy across enterprise learning programs.
• Build and manage adjunct facilitator talent pool.
• Provide hands-on delivery support as needed.
• Evolve operating model for L&D intake, prioritization, and capacity modeling.
• Streamline cross-functional workflows and manage risks and bottlenecks.
• Lead data ecosystem with People Strategy & Analytics and data resources.
• Translate data into executive insights for leadership updates.
• Align across centers of excellence to establish standards and shared metrics.
• Introduce automation and AI to optimize workflows.
• Lead and mentor a team of individual contributors.
