Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior or Manager in its IPO and SPAC Advisory practice to guide clients through capital markets transactions. You will help position equity stories, model transactions, advise on underwriting strategy, and support client meetings with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes leading presentations, coordinating with teams, and driving business development while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment across EY’s US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–4 years in Equity Capital Markets at a major investment bank.
• Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 licenses in good standing.
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
