EY in the United States seeks a Senior or Manager in IPO and SPAC Advisory to guide clients through capital markets transactions. You will help shape the equity story, model transactions, and support underwriting strategy while coordinating with stakeholders and service providers.

You will deliver tailored advice to C-suite executives, supervise junior staff, and contribute to business development. Travel and flexible hours are expected as needed across major US markets.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1-4 years of recent experience in the Equity Capital Markets group at a major investment bank.
• Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing).
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Established networking skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours and locations as needed.
