Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in solar + storage integration, DER, resilience, VPP, rate design, building decarbonization, and equity-focused programs.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making with partial information, and executable planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex tech, policy, market, and economic information for executives and partners.
• Proven success leading complex clean energy and customer-facing programs with multi-stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DER and solar+storage programs from strategy to closeout, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Design and manage partner roles, customer journeys, data flows, schedules, budgets, milestones, and performance measures.
• Prepare executive updates, risk summaries, policy insights, forecasts, and recommendations with clear owners and next steps.
• Maintain accountable systems, follow-through on commitments, and use PM practices for reporting and documentation.
• Represent CSE externally to shape future program work and partnerships.
