Job summary

UGE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple solar and energy storage projects from conception through completion. You will coordinate design collaboration, procurement, contracting, installation, and hand-off to Portfolio Operations while ensuring schedule and budget alignment.

The role requires deep knowledge of C&I or community solar components, strong leadership, and the ability to drive project teams to successful outcomes. Travel to project sites is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantitative field.
• At least 6 years of solar or energy storage project management experience.
• Superior oral and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
