Job summary

DESRI is seeking a Senior Manager/Director, EPC Commercial & Delivery to lead commercial strategy, contracting, and execution oversight for utility-scale solar and BESS projects. Responsibilities include pre-FNTP reviews, contract negotiations, and risk management across the project lifecycle.

The role requires deep EPC experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate with Development, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Construction teams to ensure alignment with DESRI’s commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience; 15 years preferred in EPC or development.
• Experience progressing to Director level; exposure to EPC construction desirable.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contract structures, risk allocation, and pricing.
• Experience leading negotiations for utility-scale solar or BESS projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-FNTP commercial reviews for solar and BESS projects.
• Negotiate EPC contracts and related commercial agreements.
• Coordinate across functional groups on scope, pricing, and risk.
• Provide commercial oversight through FNTP and into execution.
• Represent DESRI in external negotiations with EPC providers.
