Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related field with 10 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and projects in fast-paced, production environments.
• Experience with ticketing, change management, or service management systems, such as ServiceNow.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to analyze complex issues to coordinate resolutions.
• Experience collaborating across remote teams and effectively translating business needs into solutions.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Infrastructure Support Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead a technical support organization responsible for cloud systems, service continuity, and the successful execution of infrastructure initiatives in a fast-paced production environment. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical operations with business priorities and ensure timely resolution of complex issues. The ideal candidate will bring strong team leadership, project execution, and compliance coordination experience to help drive operational stability and delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually
