Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–11 years or Master’s with 6–7 years in identity and access management.
• Proficiency in Directory Services, Group Policy Management, and DNS.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Collaborative mindset to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI technologies to enhance workflows and decision-making.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. IAM Engineer (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own identity and access management operations that support secure access, application lifecycle management, and reliable user access across the environment. The position partners closely with Engineering and IT teams to resolve identity-related issues, strengthen controls, and improve the efficiency of support and automation workflows. It also requires collaboration with stakeholders to communicate status, support compliance requirements, and help ensure dependable operations in a fast-paced technical setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $180,000 annually
