Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or manufacturing leadership.
• Senior consulting or significant operational, project, or plant leadership experience.
• Proven track record in business development and meeting annual sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building with senior Operations and EHS leaders.
• Demonstrated project and programme management across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
• Experience leading safety, operational excellence, and performance transformation initiatives.
• Experience in turnaround, restructuring or M&A integration.
• Executive communication with senior leadership and frontline teams.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual business development targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior Operations/EHS leaders.
• Identify and develop new opportunities across accounts.
• Shape, price, and close consulting engagements.
• Expand client relationships with diverse operational capabilities.
• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and multi-workstream projects.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and expectations.
• Drive safety, productivity, and sustainability initiatives.
• Contribute to industry networks, events, and thought leadership.
• Support team development and growth of the consulting practice.
