Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations/related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience including 6+ years in solar/operations/finance or CRM/data domains.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incentive and grid program execution (e.g., IL Shines, VPP).
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching for resources.
• Own end-to-end execution of incentive programs, including submission and payment reconciliation.
• Develop guides, documentation, and training for standardized execution.
• Manage incentive pipelines to meet throughput and deadlines.
• Ensure Salesforce accuracy for data integrity and visibility.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and ensure funding.
• Implement changes to meet new incentive requirements and dashboards.
• Develop KPIs to identify risks and performance gaps.
