Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in roles related to solar/renewable energy, operations, or data-driven environments; 5+ years of people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incentive and grid program execution, ensuring eligibility, compliance, and optimization of benefits.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight for assigned resources; support team expansion.
• Own end-to-end execution of incentive programs: submission, tracking, issue resolution, payment reconciliation, closeout.
• Develop and maintain incentive guides, process documentation, and training materials for standardized execution.
• Manage incentive pipelines to meet throughput, aging, and deadlines.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and provide operational visibility through dashboards and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, utilities, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely funding.
• Interpret new incentive requirements and implement related process changes and reporting updates.
• Develop KPIs and leading indicators to proactively identify risks and performance gaps.
