Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager & Global Process Lead, Supply Planning Reliability to drive the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global planning processes across the Integrated Supply Chain.

You will own Planning Reliability standards, collaborate with Supply Chain, Technology and Business functions, and lead training, playbooks, and communities of practice to raise planning excellence worldwide. Travel is required up to 20-30% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (>5 yrs) in Supply Chain Planning or IBP.
• Experience leading process improvement or global capability-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and operating models.
• Experience in complex global organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global Planning standards across regions and platforms.
• Lead process transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
• Maintain planning playbooks, process/tool documentation, and training materials.
• Lead global communities of practice to share knowledge and improve capabilities.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Technology teams to enhance planning processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, AI, and Technology teams to define future planning capabilities.
• Guide development and deployment of global training and capability-building programs.
• Benchmark industry practices and drive adoption of innovative planning approaches.
• Influence senior leaders to adopt global standards and collaborate across functions.
• Lead organizational change for sustainable process improvements in supply reliability.
