Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong problem-structuring and analytical capability with ability to move from ambiguous questions to fact-based recommendations.
• Understanding of procurement, category management, supplier relationship management, sourcing and commercial value levers.
• Experience in logistics, external warehousing or distribution networks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact cross-functional programs, translating priorities into outcomes, roadmaps and milestones.
• Drive strategic warehousing, capacity and space projects with the broader EM portfolio.
• Own EM procurement budgeting, savings tracking and financial forecasting with leadership.
• Develop KPI dashboards and portfolio scorecards for actionable leadership insights.
• Improve EM procurement governance, ways of working and cross-functional interfaces.
