Job summary

TerraPower in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the I&C Supplied Equipment Group within the Natrium program. You will oversee ESMs, drive on-time delivery of DCS, RPS and sensors, and partner with engineering, procurement and quality teams to meet cost, schedule, and safety targets.

The role requires a technical engineering degree and 10+ years in I&C with supplier management, plus 3+ years of people leadership.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in engineering field.
• 10+ years in I&C systems with delivery of equipment.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing engineers and suppliers in design/manufacturing.
• Strong contractual and commercial relationship skills.
• Knowledge of project controls, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management for Equipment Supply Managers in the I&C Group.
• Coordinate with Natrium Supply Chain for timely delivery of I&C equipment (DCS, RPS, sensors).
• Interface with Engineering to ensure safe delivery of required components.
• Oversee supplier performance, cost, schedule, quality, and safety metrics.
• Ensure adherence to procurement processes and contract direction with suppliers.
