Job summary

TerraPower LLC, based in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Sr Manager for the Supplied Equipment Group in I&C to oversee the delivery of DCS, RPS, sensors and related components. You will lead the I&C ESMs, interface with Natrium Supply Chain, and ensure cost, schedule, quality, and safety targets are met.

The role requires a technical engineering degree and 10+ years of I&C experience, plus 3+ years in people management.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, nuclear, systems or civil engineering.
• 10+ years of experience with I&C systems and delivery of equipment on-time and within budget.
• 3+ years of experience managing people in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the I&C Supplied Equipment Group ESMs and oversee their performance.
• Interface with Natrium supply chain to ensure safe and timely delivery of I&C equipment.
• Oversee cost, schedule, quality and safety metrics for I&C equipment delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Quality and Facilities to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
• Mentor and develop team members and partners.
