Job summary

TerraPower LLC. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Supplied Equipment Group for Reactor Equipment, overseeing the safe and timely delivery of reactor enclosure components for Natrium. The role resides in Natrium's Supply Chain organization and reports to the Natrium Director, Primary Supplied Equipment.

You will manage Equipment Supply Managers, interface with multiple internal teams, and drive performance across cost, schedule, and quality while mentoring a team of ESMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required or equivalent.
• 10+ years supplier management experience.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Experience managing suppliers in design and manufacturing environments.
• Experience with contractual and commercial aspects of customer/supplier relationships.
• Technical interface with engineering groups for supplier input.
• Knowledge of project controls, tools and processes.
• Broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, and nuclear engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of trust, integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management for Equipment Supply Managers (ESM) in Reactor Components group.
• Coordinate with Natrium Supply Chain to ensure safe, timely delivery of Reactor Head, Vessel, Internals and related components.
• Coordinate fuel supply logistics with Natrium Fuel Supply & Development.
• Oversee supplier performance management and oversight.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality, and safety metrics in the equipment supply chain.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Quality, and Facilities to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Reactor Components ESMs.
• Ensure ESMs use project management tools for cost, schedule, submittals, and resources.
• Collaborate with supplier management to align with contract and technical direction.
• Review SOWs and project plans to ensure proper execution.
• Oversee supplier selection activities.
• Maintain awareness of supplier capabilities and relationships for Natrium.
