Job summary

TerraPower in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Procurement Integration Engineer to lead cross-functional design inputs and oversee procurements within the BEA cycle for the Natrium project. You will report to the Senior Manager of EPC Design Integration and provide technical oversight of vendor submittals and equipment design inputs.

The role requires a BS in mechanical or chemical engineering, 10–20 years in nuclear or power-plant design, and strong communication skills to work with distributed teams

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical or chemical engineering (required).
• 10–20 years in nuclear or commercial power plant design or related industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional design teams across disciplines.
• Familiarity with quality standards (ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001).
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide integration and oversight for procurements within BEA cycle.
• Coordinate equipment design inputs and reviews with TerraPower designers and partners.
• Review vendor submittals and support system/equipment design inputs to engineering work.
• Lead cross-functional design collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
