The Resort at Pelican Hill, part of The Irvine Company, seeks an Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives across training, employee relations, and policy implementation for a hospitality environment in Newport Beach. You will partner with management to deliver HR services and address employee questions on policies and procedures.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years HR management, strong California law knowledge, SPHR/PHR preferred, and a track record in service industries.
The Senior Human Resources Manager supports the hotel by promoting, communicating and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives; performs various human resources duties in areas such as training, employee relations or other special projects; and partners with management teams to facilitate the delivery of HR services as appropriate. The HR Manager also serves as contact for employees and answers questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
