Job summary

Innovative Construction Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Senior Manager DRE/HOA to lead the DRE/HOA operations for multiple communities. You will collaborate with Land Development Managers and VPs to optimize design plans, oversee DRE/HOA filings, and manage HOA budgets, forecasts and turnover processes.

A university degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience are required; a valid driver's license and G.C. license preferred.

• Licensed general contractor preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Land Development Managers and VPs on design plans for new development and amenities.
• Oversee preparation, filing, execution and distribution of all DRE and HOA documents.
• Manage public disclosures and HOA budgets to support sales and reduce risk.
• Direct the community team in HOA/COA turnover and Architectural Committee decisions.
• Develop departmental policies to maximize workflow and efficiency.
