Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preparation, filing, execution and distribution of all DRE and HOA documents.
• Prepare and analyze current community budgets with cash flow projections.
• Contract for vendor services in conjunction within budgetary guidelines for each community.
• Manage HOA management companies and associated budgets; serve on HOA/COA/CDD boards for respective communities.
• Direct the community team in the management of all current HOA boards and turnover processes.
