Job summary

PulteGroup Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager DRE/HOA in Jacksonville, FL. The role leads design coordination with Land Development and oversees all DRE/HOA documentation, disclosures, and risk mitigation during HOA/COA turnover.

You will manage HOA boards, coordinate with Architectural Committees, and drive departmental policy to increase efficiency. A relevant university degree with 6–8 years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance experience is a plus.
• University degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DRE and HOA documents processing and filing.
• Manage HOA management companies and budgets.
• Direct community team in Architectural Committee decisions and turnover.
• Serve as primary contact for prevention/resolution of construction defect claims at HOA/COA turnover.
• Develop and implement departmental policies to maximize workflow.
