Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, operations, technology, or value‑based care environments, including experience managing workstreams or complex initiatives.
• Strong experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into workflow, process, and operational execution.
• Experience partnering closely with business, operations, technology, informatics, and delivery teams.
• Experience working with system‑enabled operational change, including workflow design, implementation, and adoption.
• Ability to influence across stakeholders, align priorities, and drive execution in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support business delivery and enablement activities through domain orchestration and cross‑functional coordination.
• Support structured planning, evaluation, prioritization, and decision‑making processes for assigned work.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear recommendations, plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, execution, and value realization.
• Coordinate stakeholder input, field perspectives, communications, and organizational readiness as appropriate.
• Perform additional strategic, analytical, governance, or enablement responsibilities based on organizational priorities.
