Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Sr. Manager, Change Management & Operational Communications to lead change management strategy and execution. You will centralize communications and training across PMO leadership and cross-functional teams to advance Oak Street’s operating model.

The role emphasizes crafting clear, actionable messaging, translating complex workflows into user-focused content, and driving metrics for adoption and sustainment across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• Operational proficiency in healthcare workflows and org goals.
• Strategic communication and technical writing to distill complex processes.
• Experience creating training collateral and learning assets.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies.
• 6+ years of progressive project management in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Govern the Change Management Operating Model and alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Lead creation and delivery of employee-facing communications and training materials (Epic Pulse, etc.).
• Develop high-impact learning assets including guides, decks, and tutorials.
• Define metrics for adoption, post-launch evaluation, and sustainment planning.
