Job summary

Oak Street Health, a CVS Health company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Change Management & Operational Communications to lead change strategy across the PMO. You will shape messaging, training, and adoption plans for front-line teams across our network of centers.

In this role you will partner with senior operations leaders, translate complex clinical workflows into clear communications, and develop learning assets such as job aids, slide decks and videos to drive durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of health care workflows and goals.
• Exceptional writing and editing; distill complex processes into clear copy.
• Experience creating training collateral and learning assets.
• Strong organization and leadership; collaborate with senior operational leaders.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies.
• 6+ years of progressive project management in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Change Management Operating Model Governance.
• Support SISC Governance and Initiative Implementation & Change Management lifecycle.
• Assess initiatives against Change Archetypes and audience breadth.
• Enforce standardized field-facing communications and training materials.
• Participate in weekly PMO meetings and guide initiative owners.
• Manage select communication/training pathways and Learning Tuesday sessions.
• Own creation and optimization of operating communications and training.
• Translate complex workflows into concise, actionable messaging for front-line teams.
• Design learning assets: 1-pagers, job aids, slide decks, videos, guides.
• Define and analyze implementation metrics and post-launch adoption.
• Plan sustainment activities for long-term initiative success.
