Job summary

Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Sr. Manager to lead Change Management & Operational Communications across 150+ centers. You will shape operating models, govern initiatives, and drive standardized messaging and training for frontline teams.

You will translate complex clinical workflows into concise communication, develop engaging learning assets, and partner with PMO leadership to measure adoption and sustainment across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Deep operational understanding of Health Care workflows, organizational structure, and goals.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; distill dense processes into clear, action-oriented copy.
• Experience creating training collateral, interactive guides, visual aids, and multi-media learning assets.
• Strong organization and leadership; collaborate with senior operational leaders and clinical experts.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and structured frameworks in fast-paced settings.
• 6+ years of progressive project management in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Support governance of Change Management Operating Model, aligning initiatives with strategic pillars.
• Consult with initiative owners to assess projects against Change Archetypes and audience impact.
• Enforce a standardized framework for field-facing communications and training materials.
• Participate in PMO meetings to review plans, provide feedback, and guide adoption and change activities.
• Design learning assets such as 1-pagers, job aids, slide decks, and user guides in partnership with Learning and business owners.
• Define and analyze implementation metrics, post-launch adoption, and sustainment needs.
